What type of payments do you accept?

You can checkout through our website using Paypal, or almost all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Checking out on our website is easy and secure. If you have any issues during checkout, please email us at info@shopgoodjuju.com.

Can I update or change my order?

Yes, we understand mistakes happen. Please email info@shopgoodjuju.com immediately to update your order before it’s processed. We are unable to update an order after it is processed.

How do I make a return?

You may return or exchange full-priced items within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund (or exchange) as long as the items are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. You must return items with their original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with missing tags are considered damaged as we are unable to re-sell the product without its original tags, and will only be granted store credit. Initiate returns by emailing us at info@shopgoodjuju.com. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the issue, picture, and order number

How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Please allow three to four business days to process your order for shipment. For made to order items, please refer to the processing time on purchase page or communicated by Good JuJu.  We ship Monday to Friday (except holidays). Our standard delivery times are 3 to 10 business days. Good JuJu cannot be responsible for third party delays in transit.
